Donor Recognition

Acknowledging the generosity of donors is important. Each gift, regardless of its size, helps the students of New River Community and Technical College. Whether it is in the form of a scholarship, award or grant; used to upgrade equipment for specific programs; or used to build new facilities, all of the money and othe assets donated to the Foundation benefits students. As a donor to the Foundation, you may choose to specify how your donation is to be used, or you may leave it to the Foundation's discretion. The New River Community and Technical College Donor Recognition Program celebrates and acknowledges the contributions of those who generously provide financial support to the Foundation, enabling us to continue to provide scholarships, grants and awards to deserving students and to enhance programs and facilities.

President's Circle - $50,000 or more

• The College President and the Board of Governor's Chair will select a classroom, laboratory or student area to bear the donor's name. A dedication ceremony will be scheduled by the Foundation with media coverage, if desired.
• Recognition by the Foundation Chair.
• Recognition on the website.
• Recognition in the annual report.
• Recognition in the "Hall of Fame."
• Mailing list of the College's annual report and a subscription to the Alumni and Friends newsletter.
• Special invitation to all Foundation and College sponsored events.
• Donor tax information.

Foundation's Circle - $25,000 to $49,999

• A press conference to acknowledge the donation, if desired.
• An appropriate gift from the Foundation.
• Recognition by the College President and the Board of Governors' Chair.
• Recognition by the Foundation Chair.
• Recognition on the website.
• Recognition in the annual report.
• Recognition in the "Hall of Fame."
• Mailing list of the College's annual report and a subscription to the Alumni and Friends newsletter.
• Special invitation to all Foundation and College sponsored events.
• Donor tax information.

Benefactor's Circle - $10,000 to 24,999

• A press conference to acknowledge donation, if desired.
• An appropriate gift from the Foundation.
• Recognition by the President and the Board of Governors' Chair.
• Recognition by the Foundation Chair.
• Recognition on the website.
• Recognition in the annual report.
• Recognition in the "Hall of Fame."
• Mailing list of the College's annual report and a subscription to the Alumni and Friends newsletter.

Dean's Circle - $1,500 to $9,999

• Recognition by the Foundation Chair.
• Recognition on the website.

Patron's Circle - $500 to $1,499
